@steemmonsters can you look into my last purchase, I bought a booster pack and showed the open 1 pack available and then it disappeared. I never got to open it and my last transaction shows it was paid for with Steem.....

usually the cards get opened and in your inventory. You just miss the opening when that happens. Drop a note in tech support.
