Round 10: Free Delegations for 4 Weeks + Upvotes
This is my 10th week of giving away delegations to some deserving newer steemians. I will announce the winners of week 9 in the next 72 hours.
Everyone please keep sending people to this post so I can help them grow.
Why am I doing this?
While I understand the idea that the witnesses and Steemit Inc (@ned) were going for with RC's they have had a serious negative effect on our newest Steemians. RC's have handcuffed new steemit members and I am trying to remove those limitations for a select few people each week.
As a decentralized project it's our duty as members of the community to each pitch in and make the project a success. Without the community supporting each other there is no future for Steem or Steemit so this is my way of pitching in a little.
This is a simple little giveaway/contest for those who need some help being able to engage on steemit. The idea is to help people that are running into RC issues which limits the amount of commenting and posting they can do each day. Without the ability to engage it is very hard to build an audience and without that audience you aren't going to have people seeing your content.
Contest/Give Away Rules
- You must have less then 100sp total SP, this includes any current delegations.
- Leave a comment below with your entry, start entry with "THIS IS MY ENTRY" and then tell me how much SP you currently have, how often you post, and why you would like the Delegation.
- You must power up your earnings and not be withdrawing them. Want to reward people who are showing they plan to be part of steemit long term.
Prizes
I want to get people up to 100sp or give them 50sp towards this. So the prizes will be "up to" 50sp and all prizes will be for 4 weeks.
- Max prize is 50sp for 4 weeks
- Max I will increase your SP to is 100sp (if you have 40sp max prize if 50sp, if you have 75sp max prize is 25sp)
- Max for this weeks prizes is 200sp, but only if enough quality original content producing people enter
Who receives the delegations is purely up to me as it's my money. But understand that I'm looking for active accounts that are producing quality Original Content.
Bonus Prize
One of the Minnwo Builder accounts will be set to autovote your content for at least the 4 weeks you are getting the delegation. This means a daily free upvote on your posts. The goal of the Minnow Builder Program (@minnowbuilder) is to support hand picked steemians who have less then 500sp with daily upvotes.

I never require upvotes, follows, or resteems to enter a contest but those things help support future giveaways.
Resteems are a HUGE help with a project like this. Getting the offer of free delegation in front of the people that need to see it most is critical. Looking at my list of followers most will not qualify for this offer so I need some help promoting this. Help me help the community.

I can't argue with the logic of requiring it...just never have. Maybe I need to change my thought process on that.

ned outright handcuffed, chastised minnows by turning this into the most anti-social platform on earth. he doesn't understand what it's like to NOT start with millions of steem. smh..
but i'm happy there's a few people who are willing to support each other. the dictator is strong but i hope this community can be stronger one day.
It's impossible to be social without around 100sp in my opinion. This isn't a massive investment if someone wanted to buy their way to this level, but to some people it's impossible. But more important is the fact why would a new person come here and run into all sorts of issues due to RC's and then say "hey I should invest money here". It's the exact opposite of what should happen. We need people to come, love it, and then invest.
you see it correctly. nobody will love it if you have to pay to comment/post. a new user won't give a shit about what an RC is. all they see is "you need to pay". ned is that clueless. but i feel like he's about to be ousted soon. people are fed up.
It's an elitist viewpoint of the world. It's very hard for those who have to understand those who don't. The people who have been here since the early days when Steem was being printed faster then money in Venezuela can't understand why new people have such a hard time building up SP. They assume it must be due to powering down or lack of effort because when they started it was truly easy.
But as someone that looks at a ton of accounts for newer steemians as I visit every entry into @pifc's curation contest each week and now with my SP giveaway I can say there are people making solid posts for weeks, even months without earning more then a couple steem. This is largely because those who have now monetize their SP very well with bid bots, leases, and other arrangements to be paid for their SP. They aren't out there helping new people get started.
This issue isn't a Ned issue alone. Don't forget the top 20 witnesses put HF20 into place, they came to a consensus that it was a good idea, and they didn't bother to test the code to understand the impact before Forking into place. Oh and lets not forget the top 20 witnesses are the ones in charge of the costs for an RC, not Ned or Steemit Inc. They could completely erase the harm done by the RC's by cutting the costs for each action and Ned would have no say in that.
As much as I'm not thrilled with all of the actions from Ned, he has become a scapegoat for the witnesses that really are responsible for this mess who flat out refuse to take any responsibility for their actions.
I am hopeful for a much brighter future as I don't feel this "crypto winter" can last much longer. Once steem is sitting back over $1 the big boys will be making money again and they will loosen up the purse strings a little. Many of them rely on their steem income stream so lower the price the more they have to sell, meaning the more they need to monetize their holdings.
are you sure the witnesses are in charge? i remember stinc decided to increase the rc budget by 10x when ned finally realized not everyone has millions of sp. there were comments asking for at least another 10x because you still needed hundreds, which was flatout ignored.
i ain't too happy with the witnesses either but people can always vote. as for ned, the only option is to create a fork that locks out his steem which i'm totally for.

That is crazy to me that Google couldn't make it work. Not that I ever used google+, but still amazes me. Heck I truly am dumbfounded at how many people still log into Facebook each day even after repeatedly being caught stealing/selling your personal information for profit.
I think Google didn't want to make it work. Ever since they changed CEO, a few years back, they threw the "Don't Be Evil" motto out of the window and have become greedy little maggots.
From that point on, my love for Google has faded away. That's one of the reasons I still use a Windows Phone. I have an Android but it's just a backup phone, to test stuff like Actifit and not much else.
My main phone is and will be a Windows Phone for as long as it lasts.

Dear sir, I do not know much about delegations, nor how to follow up. But I try to learn.
My biggest time in steemit is spent reading and voting, rereading and commenting. Today they recommended me a tool where I can see all my history and I could see your delegation.
