CLOSED - Round 9: Free Delegations for 4 Weeks
This is my 9th week of giving away delegations to some deserving newer steemians. I will announce the winners of week 8 in the next 48 hours.
Everyone please keep sending people to this post so I can help them grow.
Why am I doing this?
While I understand the idea that the witnesses and Steemit Inc (@ned) were going for with RC's they have had a serious negative effect on our newest Steemians. RC's have handcuffed new steemit members and I am trying to remove those limitations for a select few people each week.
As a decentralized project it's our duty as members of the community to each pitch in and make the project a success. Without the community supporting each other there is no future for Steem or Steemit so this is my way of pitching in a little.
This is a simple little giveaway/contest for those who need some help being able to engage on steemit. The idea is to help people that are running into RC issues which limits the amount of commenting and posting they can do each day. Without the ability to engage it is very hard to build an audience and without that audience you aren't going to have people seeing your content.
Contest/Give Away Rules
- You must have less then 100sp total SP, this includes any current delegations.
- Leave a comment below with your entry, start entry with "THIS IS MY ENTRY" and then tell me how much SP you currently have, how often you post, and why you would like the Delegation.
- You must power up your earnings and not be withdrawing them. Want to reward people who are showing they plan to be part of steemit long term.
Prizes
I want to get people up to 100sp or give them 50sp towards this. So the prizes will be "up to" 50sp and all prizes will be for 4 weeks.
- Max prize is 50sp for 4 weeks
- Max I will increase your SP to is 100sp (if you have 40sp max prize if 50sp, if you have 75sp max prize is 25sp)
- Max for this weeks prizes is 200sp, but only if enough quality original content producing people enter
Who receives the delegations is purely up to me as it's my money. But understand that I'm looking for active accounts that are producing quality Original Content.
Bonus Prize
One of the Minnwo Builder accounts will be set to autovote your content for at least the 4 weeks you are getting the delegation. This means a daily free upvote on your posts. The goal of the Minnow Builder Program (@minnowbuilder) is to support hand picked steemians who have less then 500sp with daily upvotes.

I never require upvotes, follows, or resteems to enter a contest but those things help support future giveaways.
Resteems are a HUGE help with a project like this. Getting the offer of free delegation in front of the people that need to see it most is critical. Looking at my list of followers most will not qualify for this offer so I need some help promoting this. Help me help the community.

I am new to the #payitforward so am finding my way around it. I struggled after Hardfork20 and it was a kind delegation from @lynncoyle1 that helped me out of the dwang. As I get the hang of it, and build steem, I hope to contribute more.
@lynncoyle1 is such a great person. Glad that someone helped you out and it's stories like yours that show why we as a community need to help each other out. You kept plugging away and have built your account to a point that you can function on your own and are still growing. If you had been left to just deal with it there would have been a risk of you leaving out of frustration.
I'm seeing great results in the people that I've helped so far and am really happy that they are growing and powering up their earnings.

And just this week, I was thrilled to have been "curied' for a longer post - they take time and I like writing them, but time is sometimes tight so I do frequent "quick and dirty" via Instagram and @share2steem - those apps are not to be sneezed at. Actually, I should write about how doing that helped me to grow.
I did get despondent and disappeared for about three months and @jaynie hauled me back to join @steemitbloggers (now #powerhousecreatives and that campaign has preoccupied me in the last few days and that, the @curie selection as well as the support from @pifc has had a major impact on growth - just this week.
Appreciate your replying to my comment and as I said, I do hope to make a contribution as I learn my way around things.
Always nice to get a curie...well at least it looks so nice when I see other people get them...lol. Never have had one.
I'll look closer at your content. But guessing you will qualify for the Minnow Builder Program that I also run. @minnowbuilder if the main account. It's free upvotes until you reach minnow status. All I ask is people give a vote back to the account and follow it. Not required, but I appreciated it.

I'm new on steemit, and I have a lot to post to make. I make my own content and don't copy people. I'll love it if the reward ended as a power up to my account because I'm basically here to stay. I'll be very greatful if you put this into consideration. Thank you

@chrisbarth don't waste your votes on your comments. There is something called the Dust Vote Threshold. Basically if the total votes on a comment or post is less then .02 STU the vote is cast, but will not be paid out. It's considered dust and just swept away. Save your voting power to reward other people as it will increase your chance of them wanting to reward you in return. Give first and then receive.
I will look closer at your account when I pick winners.

My current SP = 4.371
Posting frequency = depends upon how many "quality teraflops a second" my brain can make !!😃, though I have been active from the day I have joined, but I don't like to post unless I have some good quality content or idea in my head. My RC don't allow me to post anyway, so.....😕
Why I need the delegation : because I envy your reputation- on and off the records(mine is a paltry 45 !)😅 plus I like spreading Science and Art around and my RC just act like a clogged knob on my garden hose, no watering...and the plants will die !
Hope you'll save my sweet plants from thirst and help them circulate a bit of fresh air to cool down the heat from all the "Steem" here !!
...coz I don't post for the sake of earning money, but just to spread new ideas...and help the community...but I can't do that unless I am strong myself !
