Welcome to the VDUX Haiku Contest!!!

Do you play cards? Do you gamble? Do you bluff?

Whether you do or don't, let's write a haiku about it.

Read below for more about the contest instructions, how to participate, awards, and how I'll select a winner. As always, every haiku you write could get you the 1.5 SBD winner's prize.

Contest Instructions

Write a haiku about POKER in Spanish or English.

This must be a one-stanza, traditional 5-7-5 haiku like the ones described here: http://www.kidzone.ws/poetry/haiku.htm . Here’s an example:

Five card draw. Hold 'em.
Seven card stud. Don't matter.
I still lose money!

You may submit multiple haikus, but PLEASE make each haiku its own reply. Each one will be considered a separate entry.

This week's theme comes from @pokerm in response to my post I Need Haiku Themes, Will Reward You for Your Suggestions -- drop by and show him your appreciation! I'm going to throw .005 SBDs his way just for the suggestion.

How to Participate in the Contest
