Donut is basically an American fast food. Making donut is not a tough one, but rather a lot easier. Taste of the homemade hot hot donut is amazing, once you try it, you will never want to buy it from store.

My Homemade Donuts

Let's know, the recipe for making an instant donut...

Flour 3 cups,
Two eggs,
Sugar half cup,
Milk half cup,
Salt a pinch,
Oil for deep frying,
Butter 3 tablespoons,
and Yeast 1 table spoon.

Method:

Mix sugar with the eggs and beat it well.

Melt butter with hot milk.

Flour, yeast and salt mixed together very well.

Egg mixture and the mixture of yeast together mix it well. Make a soft dough with hot milk.
When the yeast is swollen, press the dough well. Sprinkle the flour in a board and take 5 millimeters thick sheet.
Cut off donut with the help of donut cutter and keep it for 30 minutes again to swell.
Now deep fry it and garnish with chocolate sauce, icing sugar, nuts and ENJOY!
