Prunes with walnuts in sour cream sauce
Ingredients
- 300 g pitted prunes;
- 1 cup peeled walnuts;
- 200 g sour cream;
- 3 tablespoons of sugar;
- vanillin on the tip of a knife.
Cooking
Soak prunes in hot water. At this time, whip the cream with sugar and vanilla. Drain the water in which the prunes were soaked and lay it on a towel.
While it is drying, break the large walnuts.
It remains only to fill each prune with a piece of walnut, arrange in plates and pour sour cream.
Let this process not scare you: the dessert is very satisfying, and 5-6 pieces will suffice for one serving.
If you have time, you can decorate the dish with chopped chocolate or chop nuts.
