Chicken in marinade
Ingredients:
- chicken breast or thighs;
- red wine or balsamic vinegar;
- dried herbs;
- mustard;
- onion or shallots;
- olive oil;
- salt and pepper.
Preparation
- To prepare the marinade, mix 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2-3 teaspoons of dried herbs (fit thyme, oregano, rosemary or any other) in the package, 2 tablespoons of mustard, 4 tablespoons of chopped onion, 4 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper . Stir thoroughly. Leave the marinade overnight.
- When the marinade is ready, rinse, dry and marinate the chicken for 24 hours, put in the refrigerator.
- Lubricate the baking dish with olive oil or cover with foil. Put the chicken in shape, shaking off large pieces of onions from it.
- Bake in preheated to 180 ° C oven for 30 minutes.
