Ingredients


  • 3 stalks of green onions;
  • 50-100 g of goat cheese;
  • 6 slices of fried or smoked bacon;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • 1 egg;
  • ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 12 small sweet peppers.

Preparation



Cut onions, cheese, bacon and garlic chop. Mix them with the rest of the ingredients, except peppers, and transfer to a bag. Close it and refrigerate the filling in the refrigerator.

In the meantime, prepare the peppers. Make in each one a long incision and remove the seeds and septa.

Then remove the filling, cut off the corner of the bag and stuff the peppers. Put them on a baking sheet with a cut upward. Cook in a preheated to 190 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes.
