Quick and Delicious Citrus Pie
Ingredients
- 3 eggs;
- 150 grams of sugar;
- 200 g of flour;
- 2 teaspoons of baking powder;
- 150 g margarine;
- one orange juice;
- rind of one lemon;
- butter for lubrication.
Cooking
Beat eggs with sugar. Mix flour with baking powder, add softened margarine, beaten eggs, juice and zest. Mix the dough well and place in a greased mold. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15–20 minutes. Willingness to check a wooden skewer.
If you have lemon jam or orange jam, cut the cake into cakes and spread them. It will turn out even more tasty.
