Chicken liver with pancakes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

• 300 g of chicken liver;
• 8 tablespoons cream;
• 2 tablespoons oil;
• 2 potato tubers;
• 1 egg;
• 20 g of flour;
• ¼ bulb;
• 1 teaspoon of salt.
  
  

Preparation

Liver cut into small pieces, salt, fry a little on a spoonful of oil, then pour the cream and cook until ready. Potatoes grate and squeeze out excess liquid. Mix the potato mixture with salt, flour, egg and finely chopped onions. Form the pancakes and fry until cooked on the leftover oil.
