EASY and QUICK receipt for DELICIOUS ENERGY balls

I got inspired by @enjoyinglife again!
... and made myself some energy balls.
This was not the first time I have done them but you can do it also. It is really easy !
Take:
- dates
- figs
- coconut oil
- coconut flour
- chocolate cream
- chocolate powder
- sesame seeds
-chia seeds - guarana
Mix this all together with your hands, make little balls and roll them in coconut flakes.
The balls would cool down in your fridge and are ready to snack!

Dieses Mal mit selbstgemachten Energy Balls.
In dem Video mache ich das alles nicht zum ersten Mal aber auch ihr schafft das ohne Übung!
Man nehme:
- Feigen
- Datteln
- Kokosöl
- Kokosmehl
- Schokoaufstrich
- Kakaopulver
- Sesam
- Chia Samen
- Guarana
Mischt alles mit euren Händen zusammen, formt kleine Kugeln und wälzt sie anschließend in Kokosflocken.
Die Kugeln sollten dann im Kühlschrank heruntergekühlt werden und sind danach fertig zum wegputzen!
