Petition in court for registration of FIR

Grievance of the petitioner is that on 13.09.2017, at about 09:40 P.M, he was proceedings towards Warseen from his village on car. When he reached near Adda Warseen near Chowk Miran Shah, some unknown persons having torch and fire arms stopped him. They had also haulted Tractor Trolley and green colour carry van due to which reason road was blocked. They also stopped the petitioner and name of one person was disclosed Muhammad Ashraf ASI, who searched vehicle of the petitioner. When the petitioner asked them that they are not in proper uniform, they insulted the petitioner. It is further alleged that proposed accused persons also snatched Mobile Phone and extended him life threats.
Report was called from local police, according to report submitted by SHO Police Station Kalyana, the allegations contained in petition are not true. However, petitioner present in court has submitted that he is ready to submit sworn affidavit regarding above mentioned facts.
In view of above mentioned circumstances, it is appropriate to refer the matter to the District Police Officer, Pakpattan, who shall hear both the parties and proceed further in accordance with law. Petition stands disposed off. File be consigned to the record room after its due completion.
