Los Delitos de Opinión del Siglo XXI
Los Delitos de Opinión son típicos de los regímenes dictatoriales, bien sea de derechas o de izquierdas. Sin embargo, en las democracias más avanzadas del mundo occidental se ha vuelto a introducir este tipo de delito en los Códigos Penales de algunos países. Los mismos gobernantes que se jactan de decir que respetan la Libertad de Expresión son los que promueven y apoyan leyes que castigan a todo el que piense distinto.
La apología de delitos graves como el genocidio; la incitación al odio, a la discriminación y a la violencia, son fuertemente castigados en pleno Siglo XXI. Incluso, el dudar de hechos históricos, que fueron escritos por los vencedores de una guerra, carentes pruebas científicas y testimonios confiables, puede meter en serios problemas a cualquier ser pensante que tan solo difiera en el número de víctimas mortales.

Editar libros sobre Revisionismo Histórico también es considerado delito. No obstante, se persigue a una corriente de pensamiento mientras se permite que otra, que ha sido tradicionalmente más violenta y devastadora, siga difundiendo sus ideas por todos los medios impresos y digitales sin que se le ponga algún tipo de freno. Es evidente que el “Poder detrás del Poder” es quien maneja el futuro del mundo.
