The dynamics of real estate investment varies in different parts of the world and this disparity is more evident in Nigeria, my home country. We operate a rather crude system, that's suffered from wicked inflation, our down spiralling economy and crooked banks, that notwithstanding. Just like everywhere else in the World, it is a lucrative venture when handled right.
