Binance to launch a new exchange in conjunction with Digital Jersey

The economic agency Digital Jersey signed a cooperation agreement with Binance, one of the world's largest crypto-exchange exchanges. Under the terms of the agreement, Binance will create a crypto exchange on the island of Jersey, and Digital Jersey will provide trade support to it and the entire growing block-ecosystem of Jersey.

Digital Jersey will also assist Binance in the process of ensuring compliance with regulations aimed at preventing money laundering, the licensing process and establishing cooperation with banking partners.

The choice of Binance fell on Jersey due to the economic and political stability of the region, coupled with a developed digital infrastructure. The Government of Jersey and the Financial Services Commission will cooperate with Digital Jersey in order to develop the field of fi nite in the region.

Also, Binance, through Binance Labs, will invest in local start-ups aimed at the sphere of crypto-currency and blocking technology. Digital Jersey, in turn, plans to diversify the island's economy and make it a major digital center on the world map.
