As written previously, St. Louis Federal Reserve publishes articles vouching for Central Bank-issued digital assets... NASDAQ crypto?
I'd written the last week a couple times on some of this news and the NASDAQ news along with this, continues to be a hot item for mainstream notice and adoption.
If the articles comparing BTC to regular currencies aren’t enough to convince you that adoption is coming then Nasdaq's announcement last week I wrote about twice or so, that they are open to becoming a crypto asset exchange just might.
NASDAQ onboard, adoption quickening on Main St.
Nasdaq CEO Adena Friedman notes that while the uncertain regulatory environment is an currently an obstacle to adoption,, it is just a matter of time before the space matures.
In the meantime, Nasdaq is supporting existing crypto asset exchanges: by last Wednesday, and the company announced a collaboration with Gemini, giving the Winklevoss twins’ exchange access to Nasdaq’s surveillance technology to help combat market manipulation.
