Well, i would say one cannot always know the right moves or steps to take, we just have to be wise and apply wisdom, CNBC'S telling people to buy might just be a co incidence and not really a signal, do you agree?
Log the historical data and see if the math works. If there is a high percentage of truth to the adage you put forth then run with it. Seems a pretty likely possibility that it will work.
