Currently, the centralized use of medical records has resulted in negative factors that lead to complications for the patient since with the centralization the doctor and the patient are affected by the loss of valuable information that for the patient is necessary in case of be treated in another hospital or in turn out of the country this is because the information stored there can not be used by them causing a negative impact if we speak in the field of medicine the doctor can not use the information for their investigations since the medical records of the patients for being legal medical documents can not be extracted from the institutions, resulting in delays in the progress of the studies of the different pathologies and if the patient is treated in case of being or want residential in another country that is not of your birth can not supply all the data enough to be taken care of in case of a medical emergency.

The health sector always faces a great challenge in terms of the training of competent human resources with the management of the electronic information system of patient records. This occurs in a world dominated by the integration and assimilation of increasingly changing knowledge.

The use of Internet, interactive educational softwares and simulators have proven to be effective tools in the teaching-learning process in both undergraduate and postgraduate studies. Many universities advocate the incorporation in their curricula of skills that make it possible to deal with the challenge imposed by this technological explosion for which the medical universities of the future must be prepared.

Although it is clear that the use of technology at the health level is a bit cumbersome, it is also clear that a big change will be made, since with this new technology we will not only include health professionals but also users. since they can easily handle their medical data and thus facilitate their improvement. It would be excellent to have the devices of different presentations where you can have this information which can be transmitted from doctor to patient and vice versa.
Because if we talk about patients with psychological problems there, the family member would become the beneficiary of this information.

The impact that MediBloc offers us is the possibility of obtaining accurate and truthful information from our information which can be used to our benefit. A clear example is my personal experience. I am a LUPIC patient (LUPUS ERITOMATOSO SISTEMICO) that many times I must be treated within and outside my state having so take with me all the information which is not easy to obtain since it is centralized inside the hospital where I am treated with MediBloc, it would be so easy to be treated inside and outside of my country, since I take Several medications for the different pathologies that the disease generates me and the system offers me the facility to know and make known my pathologies and the medicines that I must use, thus facilitating the care that I may have in case of an emergency. One of the negative impacts The centralization of patient information is the loss of valuable information for the patient, since when archiving manually in the different files worth the redundancy they lost themselves from damage with the passage of time or misplaced losing patient information in an opportunity I had to stop being served because my story was lost which was negative for me since it had to be taken care of by a crisis of my illness bringing as a result other complications for my health

One of the doubts that arises in the different hospitals of my country with respect to trying to decentralize the patient's medical records is the unscrupulous use of the information kept there since there are different companies that are responsible for using it for the benefit of them and not of the patient bringing negatives for the patient.

For many people, the successful management and treatment of illnesses depends on a person's access to high-quality health care. In the United States, access to high-quality health care services usually requires health insurance. A health insurance can cover or compensate the costs of care for patients with chronic diseases such as mine here in Venezuela which is where I unfortunately do not have insurance or insurance companies to cover those needs would be excellent if it was that way already that the decentralization that we would offer to apply a system such as MediBloc, would be the maximum, thus generating a positive factor for both economic and health relief, since being able to offer the patient's information directly from the doctor's hand to the insured would be a lot of help for the patient.

The effects of having established partnerships with large corporations in the integration of MediBloc once MainNet is launched, are that with the arrival of Bitcoin and later other cryptocurrencies, the world economy began to change, at present, the digital currencies are throwing a pulse to the traditional, thus impacting the global financial system and presenting itself as possible currencies of the future.

The blockchain technology taking advantage of its method in the data registry, its security, transparency and privacy, can facilitate the management and processing of the information of each patient, supplying it quickly to medical personnel and health centers. What it means is that with just one click, the medical patient will be able to obtain quick and easy access to their registration and transaction, thereby speeding up their evaluation in case of a medical emergency.

The blockchain technology is evolving little by little in different industries and although it is probable that it does not address the health area as quickly as in other subjects, it is certain that the benefits that it will provide will greatly improve the services provided.

With regard to its adoption, we only have to wait for the continuous development in the field and the progressive entry of companies that handle this technology, so that little by little a practice is generated to regularize its implementation.

On the other hand, the transformation in the management of the information of its physical form to a digital platform, would create a more practical procedure in the routine procedures, the attention of the patients and the follow-up of treatments, improving in the same way the transfer of data by relying on a record distributed among a large number of users.
