Trong bài báo này nói về vấn đề update công nghệ Sharding của Ethereum. Như chúng ta đã biết Ethereum là crypto nổi bật nhất trong các platform hiện tại. Nó cho phép các crypto khác, các dự án khác phát triển trên nó. Tuy nhiên càng nhiều dự án phát triển trên Ethereum thì tốc độ xử lý của nó càng bị giảm sút, do đó vấn đề mở rộng mạng blockchain của Ethereum bức thiết hơn bao giờ hết. Và công nghệ Sharding kỳ vọng sẽ giải quyết được vấn đề này. Như thông báo trước đây của Ethereum, họ dự kiến sẽ tích hợp sharding vào blockchain khoảng cuối năm 2018 tuy nhiên bài báo phía trên lại thông báo một thời gian xa hơn khoảng 2020. Điều này là khá bất lợi đối với Ethereum bơi vì hiện tại có rất nhiều nền tảng đang triển khai công nghê blockchain 3.0, công nghệ giúp giải quyết khá triệt để vấn đề scalability. Nếu Ethereum không update kịp nó sẽ bị các crypto platform khác vượt mặt.

Hi a, hiện tại để giải quyết vấn đề liên quan đến khả năng mở rộng của blockchain (scalability) ngoài việc các blockchain cũ cố gắng thay đổi bằng cách áp dụng các công nghệ như lightning network (bitcoin), sharding (ETH/ZIL) hoặc sử dụng các thuật toán đồng thuận tiến tiến như POS,DPOS,BFT... thì các blockchain mới giải quyết bằng cách tích hợp các side chain vào chuỗi blockchain chính. Mỗi một dapp (hay một crypto) xây dựng trên blockchain chính sẽ là một side chain của nó, hầu hết các hoạt động liên quan đến transaction hay data đều thực hiện trên sidechain này, chỉ khi nào các side muốn trao đổi với nhau mới cần thông qua blockchain chính(main chain), việc này giảm tải rất nhiều cho main chain. Những crypto có công nghệ như vậy được xếp vào loại blockchain 3.0, thực ra khái niệm blockchain 3.0, 2.0, 1.0 chưa có quy chuẩn chính xác, tên đó chỉ để phân biệt các thế hệ blockchain với nhau. Theo em tìm hiểu được là như vậy ạ :D

Well, Walmart never fails to amaze me. Sam Walton surely innovates. This may sound funny but am a great Walmart fan. I don't know what it is but I find Walmart shops very convenient and you know with the changing world and the continuous development of cutting-edge technology, they sure know how to play the game. No wonder the company is steadily at number 1, dropping a few times but maintaining its lead (Top 10 Most Successful American Companies).
Lastly, I'd like to throw in my two cents worth in here: Bitcoin Exchanges Thrive over Traditional Philippine Financial Platforms
Very typical of the PH, good in the outside - crumbling in the inside. The whole cryptocurrency set-up looks appealing enough but being a Coins.ph user, I can really say the service is below par. I am not saying it is unreliable but in a way, it is when we talk about its availability. In my short stay here in the PH (12 days and counting), Coins.Ph has been down twice! But don't get me wrong, it's legit and the transaction can be very smooth and reliable. Now speaking of transaction, most Filipinos are still unaware of cryptocurrency and the rest who are well informed are skeptical. I could be wrong but these are my observations.
And in closing,
LOL, it is a haven for scammers.
I think Walmart has to re-invent itself to be more prominent and relevant to compete with Amazon. They've been lagging Amazon, especially in customer customization and customer service. They don't know their customers like Amazon do. So in getting into blockchain, they're hoping to get a leg up on Amazon and get that first mover advantage.
There are so much activities with cryptocurrency going everywhere. I don't know when or where it will overlap with every day life.
Well compared to Amazon, Walmart is kindda "old school". Am a great fan of Amazon and they really have been keeping that steady lead when it comes to innovation @nuoctuong.

The fear of losing control would mean that China would likely keep a tight lid on the situation.
This is similar to Nokia they did not change their product in time, they were too confident about them self. Nokia went down in a short period of time. Google could be lagging behind in blockchain technology but I don't think Google will go down. Google has a wide range of products and services, It will be more beneficial if Google starts investing in blockchain technology, the earlier the better.
I think that if you go too much into the bleeding edge, you will cut yourself in so many different ways. Bleeding edge means that it's likely the technology is untested.
I am sure that there are people inside Google who are looking into blockchain. The company has a policy that employees can spend up to 20% of their time (see link) on any topic that they like. This resulted in their employees coming up with ideas that wasn't part of mainstream. It is unclear whether the employees may want to share the blockchain idea to themselves or give back to Google.
