Example of the sort of Composition anyone can make on their smartphone or MSPaint to Visually demonstrate to Instagram/Twitter/FB/reddit users how one you get Cash directly from any ATM using SBD, Blocktrades, Bitcoin/BCH & Bitpay Visa Debit Card
I wanted to demonstrate how in MS Paint I was able to make a nice little composite that showcases the ease at which I get fiat cash from Steem/SBD to my Instagram followers here https://instagram.com/ackza770 which I ONLY use to promote Steem and sometimes other DPOS blockchains, routinely gaining hundreds of impressions a day targeting cryptocurrency users for the steem brand.
The process of how I am able to spend or withdraw cash from steem/sbd is all thanks to the ease at which I can top up my Bitpay Visa Debit Card with Bitcoin/BCH which I get by using @blocktrades to convert the SBD I earn on posts and comments, into Bitcoin Cash which my Bitpay Wallet lets me use for VERY little to sometimes NO fees :) And the idea that I can just send SBD to blocktradesm have it send BCH to my Bitpay card wallet, top it up, and go get Cash from any ATM or just spend anywhere Visa is accepted, well that idea is a little too good to be true for some outside the countries Bitpay Visa cards work but when you realize the infrastructure is all here ready to use, you realize that this does work and these cards can actually spend and get cash from ANY ATM with a Visa logo!
In fact most ATMs will have this capability! ATM owners arehappy to charge you a few dollars to withdraw your own money, they get It all sent to them by Metropolitan Bank which itpay uses for these simple low profile prepaid visa debit cards. (I'm not worried if bitpay restricts access somehow because we should be able to find plenty of competitors who will let us load prepaid debit cards using Bitcoin). However unless you have a business account, you can only take out I believe $1500 a day. But also you can only withdraw as much money as the ATM limits you to. Some ATMs at liquor stores only allow you to take $200, while a bigger Bank ATM across the street will let you take out $800+.
So anyway, existing BTC infrastructure works for steem! So Thanks for reading!

Yeah man I just love showing off the compsoition and colors of these digital currencies, ever see my image comp showing the color similarities between paypal steem and bitpay?
It is as if they all use the same Blue colors, ALSo Exodus Wallet is also a sort of Blue or sometimes purple, and Minergate also a blueish purple, even Discord app is dark purple, so this blue and darkblue/purple color is just everywhere in the crypto and digital money world, hmm even bittrex and poloniex were blue logos,
and hey wow check out this new Apple circular building campus! Its a massive building that cost 5 billion dollars and this video from youtube is very nice and goes over it, (imagine steem campus!)
and ya know, it wouldnt take much to get sone Steemians scheduled to use some of that space to experiment with some Apple + Steem experiments just WOAH I JUST had a VISION

Good to know that you love the composition, and yes in my opinion there is an Psychological aspect behind blue colour and that is blue colour gives soothing essence and we get attracted towards blue colour. And i watched that video and good to know that this project started in the year of 2011 and Steve Jobs was reflecting pretty determined about it and his talk is reflecting that and i liked how he said that they are planning to keep 12000 people in one building and that's reflecting the expansion and capability of the project.
And yes, this is the world of competition and business and there would be no surprise if we can see Steem Stakes are bought in future.

I don't think bitpay will restrict that amount that can be withdraw from a debit card, because they make money from every withdrawal someone make. And I think more competitor will come into this business as time goes on @ackza
You are right people frown when machine charge them for withdraw money, it was free here in Nigeria before but right now you can withdraw three times from other ATM machine and They charge 65 naira after the three times, only if you withdraw at your bank branch is free
