Dominium uses 2 third-party technologies to create its own unique and innovative blockchain. The first of these is developed by NXT and relies on Proof-of-Stake technology, which is gaining popularity recently. This allows you not to inflate the processing power required to process transactions, which makes Dominium independent of the bloated and, in fact, useless today large network.


The second partner is Ardor, which has been making several years of finalizing the blockchain NXT for various specific business applications. Ardor is divided into 2 parts - the main network and, so-called, the child's cell. It is the latter in fact and is the set of blockchain that are applied for various business tasks.

Through the use of Ardor, Dominium is easy to use complex platform functionality, and will fully comply with the legal framework regardless of the number of laws and legal acts that will have to work. In addition, the documents stored in the base of the platform will be transparent and unchanged, regardless of whether it is an agreement on leasing or a list of objects belonging to one investor.

Investment assets:

Immediately after the end of the sale of the project's tokens, Dominium will provide three tokens on the platform. Each token will be issued in quantities of 5 to 50 million pieces (depending on demand) and a denomination of 1 Euro.

  • MPGNL - for the Netherlands.
  • MPGDE - for Germany.
  • MPGUK - for England.

After the auction, the tokens will be sent to the respective countries for the purchase of real estate there. At what at purchase the following criteria will be considered:

  • Affordable income of at least 7% of the total price of the asset (commission included).
  • Preference will be given to residential real estate, although a small percentage of commercial will also be present.
  • The maximum possible credit support is 70%.
  • The ability to increase costs and profits through reconstruction and energy efficiency.

About project tokens:

Dominium at this stage does not create tokens, which will represent the ownership of the asset (in this case - the real estate object). Dominium offers a custom token that will be used inside the platform. The token is called DOM. Let's see what actions on the platform you can pay them:

  • The action of creating assets.
  • Any actions related to the trade in assets.
  • Actions for creating tickets.
  • Actions related to voting for charity.
  • Activities related to the presentation of real estate for sale.
  • Activities related to the rental of real estate.

The commissions that will operate on the Dominium platform will be quoted at nominal prices in euros, but here they are paid, they can be the equivalent of value and only in DOM tokens. Thus Dominium ensures the continuous use of tokens and their relevance.
