SOUTH KOREA REAL NAME SYSTEM FOR CRYPTO EXCHANGES.

Hello everyone

The South Korean Government implemented a system that exchanges have to open a Real Name bank account. According to sources only 30 % have actually done this. the rest use corporate accounts. There are 100's of exchanges so it is a failure. Not really if you realize that Bithumb, UPbit, Coinone and Korbit have all registered with the scheme and are bank legal now complying to the governments wishes. The ones that haven't will most likely be shut down which was probably the plan in the first place. Control the biggest ones and get rid of the smaller ones. One more step to regulating the industry.
