I would really like to purchase an expired oil rig to create a bastion of sustainable food (kelp) and allow for stem cell research etc. offshore.
Too bad you have to have money to make money...the several tens of millions required for upstart makes this dream merely that, a dream.

I am serious, though...if there was investment I would absolutely do it!!!
