A Bank In Brazil Plan To Use Tezos For STOs


The fifth largest bank in Brazil, BTG Pactual is planning to use the Tezos platform for security token offerings that may potentially worth $1 billion USD.


To make this possible BTG which is also considered as Brazil’s largest standaloe investment bank will partner with Dubai-based asset manager Dalma capital.


The two firms revealed that they would use the Tezos network for the sale of digital securities to address a deal pipeline of over $1 billion USD for existing and prospective token issuance.


One of the first assets that will use the platform is ReitBZ tokenized property offering which was initially offered in the Ethereum network that has reach its soft capital target.


Tim Draper, CEO and Founder of Draper Associates, which holds a stake in Tezos stats that they are excited to see BTG Pactual and Dalma Capital making use of Tezos blockchain.
