Huawei Smartphones Will Come Pre-installed With Bitcoin Wallet App Store

The Chinese multinational communications technology company giant, Huwei Technologies Company revealed that new Huawei devices will came with a pre-installed BTC wallet.

The wallet that will be installed and be made available for download in its AppGallery app store is BTC.com’s BTC wallet.

This is said to be the first digital currency app offered on Huawei devices.

Last March Huawei is also considering to develop a smartphone that will support decentralized applications that uses Blockchain technology.

Kodak’s Goal For Blockchain Image Protection Platform

Kodak plans to attract up to $50 million worth of investments coming from public and private token sale.

Apply name KODAKOne was developed for image protection, monetization and distribution platform.

It was developed by Wenn Digital in which Kodak owns a minority stake in the company.

The public offering will commence May 21 and will be registered with the US Securities and Exchange commission through the Simple Agreement Future Tokens (SAFT).

De Beers Tracks Diamond Value Chain Using Blockchain Technology

The global diamond giant De beers on a press released last May 10, 2018 that it has successfully tracked 100 high-value diamonds from the mine to retail stores using Blockchain technology.

Tracr, is the name of the tracking platform that it plans to release later this year which is open to the entire diamond industry.

It was developed in collaboration with five leading diamond manufacturers: Diacore, Diarough, KGK Group, Rosy Blue NV and Venus Jewel.

The initiative was instituted to increase consumer confidence, public trust as well as to increase the efficiency in the supply chain.
