An Article about Fusion – The future of connected Blockchains!

Blockchain technology is set to change the world. Bitcoin is just the proof of concept – everyday new coins are being developed that have the potential to change our lives with their revolutionary use-cases.

The future is now!

I have been invited by one such coin, Fusion, to write an article about the future of cross platform transactions.

We are all used to hearing about new blockchain applications. Every week we research and write about new ways that this technology can be applied, each product branded with a new coin. Each of thousands of coins representing a solution, or partial solution, to complex problems that humanity faces.

Now lets take it to the next dimension! Fusionwill allow inter-chain mapping; in a world with an exponentially growing number of coins, the bridge builder is king!

In our current society, western banks rule as toll masters of all money, using access to their SWIFT payment system to bring all but the most unruly nations in line. The profits made from this privileged position have allowed them to impose their will over most major corporations and much of the landmass of planet Earth.

A blockchain platform will one day soon replace the current structures, whether it is decentralized like Fusion or controlled by the same modern day power brokers is up to the users to decide.

Allowing users to construct smart contracts and have them executed while eliminating the double coincidence of coins will be extremely powerful. But the platform will be even more powerful after the next generation of developers create add on applications and new functionality by connecting different chains to each other.

As always, its hard to predict exactly which projects will be the leaders in five or ten years, but creative solutions like Fusion, which push the boundary into Blockchain².
