Still Decreasing — A Market Analysis
After the rather huge decrease we saw yesterday the market seemed to slow down but still showing decreasing patterns today.
Total Market Capitalization:
After starting in the day with an fast decrease the market started to quickly recover after hitting its lowest point of barely more than $290 billion USD total market capitalization. After hitting its highest point of more than $300 billion USD total market capitalization the market started to decrease slowly during the day with some minor ups and downs in between. Adding all this up we do see an decrease of more than $6 billion USD, from nearly $300 billion USD total market capitalization 24 hours ago to nearly $294 billion USD total market capitalization at time of writing:

Following this dominance charts for the past several months it seems like Bitcoins dominance grows quite substantially in times the market isn’t doing great. On an increasing market like we see lately Bitcoins dominance seems to decrease while those of altcoins seem to rise.

Despite the decrease we do see on the market today we are able to spot four green numbers in our top 15 chart with the best performing Cryptocurrency in it today being Ripple [XRP] with an increase of nearly 2% over the course of the last 24 hours followed by NEM [XEM] showing an increase of 0,37% today. Worst performing Cryptocurrency in our top 15 chart is Dash [DASH] today with an decrease of more than 4% today shortly followed by NEO [NEO] also decreasing more than 4% today:

Only two double digit increases can be spotted in our top 100 chart, measured by their market capitalization, being Theta Token [THETA] with an increase of more than 16% and Dropil [DROP] showing an increase of nearly 14% over the course of the last 24 hours.

And also only two double digit decreases can be spotted in in our top 100 chart today being once more Veritaseum [VERI] with an decrease of more than 17% over the course of the last 24 hours and Skycoin [SKY] showing an decrease of more than 14% today:
