Still A Small Decrease — A Market Analysis
Like the last few days we can see the market decreasing over the last 24 hours. Despite the market still decreasing it slowed down and decreased only about $4 billion USD.
Total Market Capitalization:
The start in the day looked quite nice. The total market capitalization increased to its high point today of more than $448 billion USD total market capitalization at midday to only start decreasing again after that to it’s lowest point today of more than $428 billion USD total market capitalization a few hours ago then slowly starting to increase once more. Adding this up we still see an decrease of more than $4 billion USD today, from nearly $435 billion USD total market capitalization 24 hours ago to more than $431 billion USD total market capitalization at time of writing:
Dominance (Percentage of Total Market Capitalization):
Following this dominance charts for the past several months it seems like Bitcoins dominance grows quite substantially in times the market isn’t doing great. On an increasing market like we see lately Bitcoins dominance seems to decrease while those of altcoins seem to rise.

Like the last two days we are only able to spot one green number in our top 15 chart being IOTA [MIOTA] with an increase of more than 7% over the course of the last 24 hours. Worst performing Cryptocurrency in our top 15 chart is Bitcoin Cash [BCH] today with an decrease of more than 4% today shortly followed by Dash [DASH] also showing an decrease of more than 4% today:
Top Gainer Today (out of the Top 100):
Despite the small decrease we can see some nice gains in our top 100 chart today with the best performing Cryptocurrency in it being with no doubt Bytecoin [BCN] today with an astonishing increase of more than 107% over the last 24 hours (this massive increase is caused by it being listed on the Binance today and will most likely decrease again in the following hours. Second best performing one in our top 100 chart today is Holo [HOT] with an increase of more than 20% today:

Not a single double digit decrease can be spotted in our top 100 chart, measured by their market capitalization. The worst performing Cryptocurrency in our top 100 chart is once more Bitcoin Private [BTCP] with an decrease of nearly 10% over the course of the last 24 hours followed by Bytom [BTM] with an decrease of nearly 7% today:
