Would anyone be surprised to hear that the nation of Turkey was behaving like a, well…. A turkey?

They have a unique way of irritating allies by meddling in foreign affairs, especially irritant to America. America’s not much different in that habit, but as the two countries fall from friendship into a tense, cold trading relationship, recent maneuvers by the 2nd-largest NATO force are making America freshly annoyed.

American sanctions and poor governance have sent their economy to die. Meanwhile, America threatened economic warfare upon any nation who would dare do business with Venezuela while Maduro held power. Just over a year ago, this firm called Sardis materialized from the desert haze with only a million dollars to its name. It began by importing a trove of Venezuelan gold worth about $41 million. In five decades or more, no comparable exchange exists between. Sardes made history again, moving nearly $100 million in gold to Turkey. They’ve now moved over nine times that amount on the same path.
