[BIG EVENT] Anyone can participate in ICOVO(OVO) events

Event Period: 2019.03.04 Monday (00:00KST) through 2019.03.12 Tuesday (23:59KST)
Event details: 200% of BTC fees incurred in the OVO/BTC Market will be refunded by OVO tokens!!!
(The OVO/BTC market is adjusted to 0.2% over the event period, and fees after the event are readjusted as fees in other markets.)
A total of 40,000 OVOs are prepared for the Event 2, and the event finished when all the 40,000 OVO limit is reached.
