1- U.S. Rep. Warren Davidson of Ohio announced Monday a plan to regulate cryptocurrency and initial coin offerings through the federal government.
2 - South Korea is planning to tax cryptocurrencies and initial coin offerings [ICOs], in spite of the absence of a regulatory framework. South Korean finance minister nominee, Hong Nam-ki, informed the public of this development.
3 - Beginning in November, Coinbase will add the ability for customers to link their PayPal and Coinbase accounts. Depending on country of residence, customers can either withdraw cash to PayPal or sell their crypto to their PayPal account.
