Top 3 Crypto Vloggers you should be following

Top_3_Crypto_Vloggers.jpg

With the cryptosphere still being a nascent and emerging phenomenon, it a space where a lot still has yet to be defined and fully understood.

There are some very good online magazine portals (some of which I have listed in a previous post entitled Beginner’s Guide to Cryptocurrencies / Blockchain, Wallets & Exchanges) to help us make sense of this fascinating and rapid paced technology.

Although there appears to be a significant number of vloggers on the subject, I haven’t found as many quality ones as I thought I could. It is quite easy to spot which channels are there to “pump” certain cryptos, most likely for their own personal gains. But I have found a few gems in the space which I have been following regularly. So, I thought I would share them with you along with a few comments for each highlighting what I believe are their respective strengths.

Here we go!

#1 – Ready Set Crypto

Ready Set Crypto has been around since June of 2017 and, at the time of this writing, has nearly 2.8 million views with just over 94,000 subscribers.

Strengths:
I particularly like this channel for its no-nonsense, sharp advice about how to establish a basic comprehension of the crypto market and its inner workings. Its contributors appear very knowledgeable about traditional financial markets and share many of the concepts and strategies people employ in those markets to the emerging wild-wild-west of cryptos. And the really cool thing is that they do this in a step-by-step, easy to understand fashion using simple terms so that the average Joe or Jane can make sense of it all. They also explore the psychological and behavioral aspects that are undeniably integral to these markets. The advice can help users avoid costly mistakes and better understand the volatile nature of the crypto markets.

They do rate individual cryptos and offer their analyses on them, though it doesn’t appear (to me personally, at least) that they do so subjectively. And they usually do a pretty good job at introducing and explaining new crypto projects and tokens along with their merits and weaknesses.

Overall, I highly recommend this channel.

Key videos to watch:

I particularly the following two videos:

  • When Will Crypto Recover? - This is probably the all time best and most useful video I’ve watched about cryptocurrency investing, as even the pros would learn from it.
  • #2 – Crypto Love

Another vlogger named Randall has a channel called Crypto Love for which he provides an eclectic stream of daily videos. He started his channel just over a year ago around August, 2017 and has amassed a whopping 5.9 million views with just over 93,000 subscribers.

    Strengths:

His candidness and fabulous sense of humor adds to the flair of the channel. The host isn’t afraid to say what he really thinks about recent news which makes for a really refreshing break from the usual political correctness nonsense we stuck with in today’s society. It doesn’t matter whether the cryptos are taking a beating, as Randall will lighten the mood and always retain his positive and cheerful attitude. That is a great quality in any person and is probably a reason I like to watch him often. He also often interviews CEOs and key people from various crypto projects asking the right questions to get the most out of the exchanges.

He also displays very good technical knowledge (see suggested videos below) and skills about trading cryptos for the short term which is quite useful, as most people who trade do so for short term gain. And he has a knack for explaining difficult concepts in very simple and understandable terms (which is a lot harder than one would think).

In a nutshell, if you haven’t watched his videos, give him a try and you will be enchanted by his refreshing attitude and flair for the crypto space. He always starts his broadcasts with his signature catch phrase boom shakalaka which is very fitting as his show and channel are a clear slam dunk!

    Key videos to watch:

  • Fibonacci Retracement Strategy for Cryptocurrency [Trading Tip] This is an excellent video whereby Randall describes the Fibonacci sequence (a universal mathematical concept found in nature and in trading patterns) which is a technical trading strategy and does so with ease, even though it is not an easy subject to tackle.
  • #3 – David Hay

    Blank_Line-25.jpg
I was a bit reluctant to add this veteran of crypto (with 7 million views and over 123,000 viewers) not because of his lack of acumen on the subject, but more for the fact that he’s been producing less videos lately. But he has a very good reason for this.

    Strengths:

He is one of the few people who have decided to partake in a benevolent endeavor which truly encapsulates the original essence and nature of cryptocurrency projects, namely making them thrive and succeed at the grassroots level.

If you watch many of his earlier videos, you will see the effort he has put into properly examining the fine details to properly analyze projects weeding out the FUD & FOMO hype so as to give the viewer very honest and objective perspectives on given cryptos. He is probably the best skilled I’ve seen in this regard.

But his true strength lies in his own project for which he has moved to Colombia to help poverty-stricken refugees from Venezuela get a second chance by introducing them to cryptocurrencies, even giving them some for free so they can empower themselves and try to take back some control over their financial futures. After all, isn’t that what cryptocurrencies are supposed to be about? I don’t see too many others fighting the good fight like David is.

Although I do wish that he would produce more videos like he used to or provide more frequent updates on his project, I do still highly recommend you follow him. It’s in places where hyperinflation is taking place where cryptos have the best chance of really showing the world what they can truly accomplish. And sometimes all you need are dedicated people like David to help the masses liberate themselves from traditional financial enslavement. One way or another, we all have a stake in this.

So, I’d say show him some support and keep up-to-date with his progress, as he is taking the real pulse of the true potential that lies in cryptos and which direction they are headed in the choppy waters of the years ahead.

    Conclusion

These are my top 3 picks. I’m sure there must be some other great ones out there. But I have yet to really find high quality ones that don’t appear to be pushing or pumping particular cryptos or tokens. Thus, if you have any suggestions of vloggers to add or recommend, please do so in the comments section.

    Thanks all!
