Overview:
Experfy is a blockchain platform which is allowing companies to upskill their employees and also hire freelancers on demand. Expercoin is the internal cryptocurrency of this platform. The platform also enables the user to create his/her own community with its marketplace. The community so formed are known as Republics. Problems:

This will consist of course offerings and interactive games based on the background or expertise of a Republics. This will enhance the learning experience.

This will provide apprenticeships, internships and full-time job to the users who are seeking for job opportunities.
Mentorship Marketplace:
This will enable users to hire mentors to help them with technical or non-technical topics.
Assessment Platform:
This will assess every user based on credentials or certificates. The assessment will help the employers to hire right employees at the time of recruitment.
Corporate Academy:
Corporate academy will help corporates to purchase learning content for their employees.
Financial Aid Marketplace:
This marketplace will carry out the peer-to-peer financial aid where a lender can pay fees on behalf of a student who wants to get tuition assistance but does not have enough financial resources. The lender pays the fees directly to the course creator.
