A Brief Overview of Social Wallet
What is Social Wallet?
First and foremost, Social Wallet is a social media platform that integrates cryptocurrency into existing social media networks. Currently WIRE can be sent through Twitter, SMS and email providers. The platform enables anyone to send cryptocurrency to another social media account by simply using their social media credentials, even if the person is not expecting the transaction. It is very easy to use and there is no prior setup or technical expertise required.
There have been several recent events that have progressed Social Wallet's mission, including the launch of its beta platform, the addition of SMS payment options and most importantly the acquisition of new partners which will help propel our project and theirs to new levels.
In this update we would like to remind you of recent partnerships that Social Wallet has made with high potential cryptocurrency projects and discuss a few events that will be coming up in the near future.

Token Sale Update
Social Wallet’s token sale for WIRE began on February 7th, 2018. We are excited to announce that at this point we have sold well over 40 million WIRE. Just to take a step back, and really conceptualize this event. If one WIRE token were the size of a dime, you could fill up 78 standard 45 gallon bathtubs with that amount of WIRE.
To go more meta, the vast majority of people do not know about our project, or cryptocurrency in general. If the past two years are any indicator, those people who do not know are kicking themselves for not getting into crypto sooner. Those people will be the same ones kicking themselves after our WIRE token sale ends and they will be forced to beg their friends to send them some!

When will the Social Wallet Token Sale resume?
As you may already know, Social Wallet's platform was launched on April 28th as scheduled. Furthermore, Social Wallet announced on April 20, 2018 that the sale would be paused to give people time to actually use the platform.
What this means is that there is one last opportunity to get WIRE through the token sale. The last 7 day sale opportunity will go from May 25th, 2018 to May 31, 2018.
