MY VISION ABOUT BLOCKCHAIN, CRYPTOCURRENCIES, STEEMIT AND SOCIAL WALLET by @ubikalo

My vision of what we are living now and what we will live thanks to technology and human knowledge is my inspiration today, I will write about my vision of what is happening even when many of us do not realize it and I will make a special aside about an interesting platform that I believe strongly and I am sure it will to impact millions of us in the near future.

Today is built today, it is partially true, today was built yesterday and sometimes we forget that, let{s go back a little in time as a mental exercise.

20 years ago the massive use of the Internet was in its infancy, having an email account was something unique, only the most advanced in technology had it, computers were a luxury technological item and if they had their 4Gb hard disks they were tremendous machines.

Ten years ago the telephone allowed us to talk and also write texts, short written messages (a.k.a MSM) from one phone to another without wires or extra devices to that device, that was a revolutionary change in communications, few understood it, few used it at the beginning.

Five years ago only a few knew about Bitcoin, a cryptocurrency blockchain based , how do you eat that with? Some would say, a virtual currency based on computational mathematical algorithms escaped (and still happens today) from the average understanding of the human being.

Changes, changes and more changes that occurred without anyone´s permission, today smart phones are minicomputers with access to mobile Internet and also serve to receive and make phone calls. WhatsApp and Telegram have revolutionized communication between people from all over the world, in real time, without limits. The Bitcooin opened the door to something that changed the world forever and that is where we are today, it is the future that we built yesterday, but today our tomorrow is being built and I am going to talk about that here.

The blockchain technology is already in its second stage, a new stage where it is being used for many activities and everyday tasks, and if you belong to 99% of the people in the world who do not know it, do not worry much, but learn it fast it will be part of your life in the next months or years, is a technology that came to give a change in human history like no other, I'm sure of that.

The decentralization of the economy and of information has overturned the primordial structures of society as we know it, a true change of power in social, political and economic matters without any doubt. Changes that are creating a strong resistance in the actors of the current power, is where we can see that the financial groups, the banks, the governments, among others, are giving a strong fight to resist the change, but as in all big changes in the history of the world they are unstoppable and produce new poles of power, this time a power reaching each of those who decide to participate actively in a decentralized manner.

When the first cars appeared, the big horses merchants fought to keep their economic power, they failed, the same happened to the radio when the TV arrived, they failed, with the TV when the Internet arrived, Tv had to give in, it happened with the landlines when came cell phones, failed, happened with the postal services with letters and postcards when the email appeared, failed, it happended over anda over and over andit willhappen againf, without asking for permissions,unstoppable.

There are two new platforms that are changing the lives of many and they are just starting, they just open their eyes to a new world and they are already showing how powerful they are going to be. One is called Steemit that has undoubtedly changed the lives of thousands in the world with its blockchain and cryptocurrencies in the area of content creation, in less than two years (it is still in beta) has moved the world of decentralized content creation, with an immense impact in countries like mine, Venezuela, forever changing the lives of thousands of us ... and I repeat it, it's just beginning, I've already talked about Steemit and it's a platform, a platform that I use and love. I will not dwell on it much now.

The other new platform that is starting,rigjt now, it is is working to correct its functions, to improve it, to test the basic functions and to allow us to test its uses, performance and potential. In the meantime, behind the scenes agreements, alliances, businesses, procedures, contracts are being cooked without stopping to reach its final birth.

Social Wallet @socialwallet is the name of this new platform that arises from an idea that unites the two greatest trends of all time, on the one hand social media networks and their widespread use at the planetary level, which has allowed direct communication within billions of people from anywhere in the World. Today there are more than 4.4 billion active users on social media networks and there is still much space to grow.

The other major trend integrated by Social Wallet is the blockchain technology and the use of cryptocurrencies, and as I mentioned, they are here to stay and they will change our entire way of life..

Imagine this for a moment, you want to send money to your cousin or a friend in another country or city, login in your favorite social network, search for the username of your cousin or friend in that social network and send the money in seconds...done!.

That simple idea has a complex programming work behind it, legal and financial procedures, discussions with social media providers for integrations and use, a gigantic work for massive dissemination, is already underway giving its first baby steps, so these is the best time to jump in with this idea, that in my opinion will change humanity in a way never seen before.

How does it work?

Simple, the idea is, your money fiat (local currency) or crypto (if you have some type of this currency) will serve to acquire the tokens of Social Wallet @socialwallet called WIRE tokens, these tokens willbe staked in a digital wallet, then you can send any amount of Wire to anyone who has an email, to anyone who is able to receive text messages (MSM) on their phone, to anyone who has an email or to anyone who is a user of a social network, even if they do not have a registered account in Social Wallet yet.

Once the transaction is received (which happens in seconds thanks to the platform{s confirmation technology) the receiver simply must accept the Wire tokens and could change them to cryptocurrencies or Fiat money for later use or send them to some else.

Is Social Wallet just another company?

It is not, and that comes from its philosophy since the very moment in which the idea arose, its main motivation is to create channels for sending money to ** help ** another, its idea is based on the possibility of being able to help financially or to reward the work of someone within social media networks from anywhere in the world in seconds in a safe and transparent manner.

How would Social Wallet @socialwallet change countries like Venezuela?

The Venezuelan situation is complicated by the large number of factors affecting us, from a strict control to the access to fiat currencies (US dollars), a gygantic hyperinflation phenomenon, decrease in the amount of paper money, little access to basic necessities, a minimum salary of about us $ 2 per month, together they cause a complicated situation for the average person here.

This situation has provoked a reaction in the people with these consequences:

1. High use of cryptocurrencies to protect the value of money, yesterday June 6, 2018, an article mentioned that Venezuela broke historical record in Localbitcoins (one way to protect the monetary value is to acquire Bitcoins).
2. Migration: a wave of migration to other countries has also risen in search of better conditions or opportunities that also result in an increase in the sending of remittances to Venezuela by various means, some times too complicated and/or too expensive (Western Union, bank transfers, cryptocurrency transactions, Paypal, AirTm, etc)
3. Revenue through the Internet: there has been a noticeable increase in the number of people who use the Internet to generate some kind of extra income in stable fiat money or in cryptocurrencies.

All the aforementioned implies money transactions in different conditions, amounts and commissions, with Social Wallet all this can(and I hope it will ) be easily channeled through its platform and service, in simple and safe steps.

A person who wants to buy or sell cryptocurrencies could do so safely, instantly and with a very low commission with only having a Social Wallet record and using a socialmedia network or having an email.

A person can send money to his family or friends in another country in seconds with the same previous conditions of speed, security and transparency, the remittances bussiness is huge all over the World.

I think and I bet that this Social Wallet platform will be a global success, but it will be especially valuable in countries like mine that are limited in so many different ways.

Crowdfunding, immediate help?

Crowdfunding is another of the immense possibilities that I see with Social Wallet, for example, in a very personal case I know a Pemón indigenous community in the Gran Sabana, in southern Venezuela, is looking for a way to build a spectacular tourism project, they have tried to make it happen through the regular channels (government, private companies, etc.) and it has not been possible to achieve it, but what if, through Social Wallet, they (we) initiative a campaigns through social networks, thousands of people with their contributions can make that idea come true using Social Wallet Platform? It would be incredibly great. And totally possible.

This indigenous community does not want an alms, they want the funds to make totally sustainable, ecological and beautiful project that could improve the lives of more than 200 people, using their knowledge, their customs and the tourism potential of the area to generate a form of income totally ecological and self-sustainable.
