Warren Buffett talk against Bitcoin again
Warren Buffett, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway (BRKB), has been a critic of bitcoin for years. He often compared cryptocurrencies with gold, saying that both assets are strictly speculative and do not produce returns and dividends like stocks.
Before Berkshire Buffett's annual meeting, he told CNBC that Bitcoin is "probably rat poison squared."
Answering to the audience question what he thinks of Bitcoin Buffett said Bitcoin has the same bad future as other cryptocurrencies.
Didn’t Warren Buffett once say “Be fearful when others are greedy and greedy when others are fearful”? Sure it was the same person!
And the same Warren Buffett now claims that Bitcoin is a rat poison with future bad end?
Who are these rats? 😊
Buffett named Bitcoin a mirage in 2014 when it was traded for $ 600. So, the fact that Buffett was wrong about cryptocurrencies once, could be mistaken again.
Perhaps we should ignore Warren Buffett and his statements about cryptocurrencies when he evidently does not see the real value of the cryptocurrencies and blockchain technologies.
Or conversely, isn´t it time to be greedy in his own words?
And what is the look of Warren Buffett himself, maybe he wants to scare others and start investing himself in Bitcoin and blockchain technologies?
