On the top right side of the Crypto Voucher website, click on the "Buy Now" button. You should now see the screen below (🡇).
From there, you can choose the value of the Crypto Voucher you want to purchase & you should click on "Checkout" when you want to go ahead with your purchase.
There you can see how much cryptocurrency you will receive for your selected voucher (values may change depending on exchange rates) & choose which payment provided you want to use. In my case, I'm going to use Bancontact, which is only available in Belgium.
At this point, if this is your first time using Crypto Voucher, you will be prompted to create a new account and complete KYC. Don't worry, this process is fast and painless. Do make sure you have your smartphone within reach, because you will receive a verification text message & you may use your smartphone to complete KYC automatically. This process doesn't take more than 5 - 10 minutes.
When you're done creating your account, you can pay for your voucher. In my case, I pay by scanning the QR code with my Bancontact app.
Et voilà, I've immediately received my crypto voucher, which I can then redeem for Steem cryptocurrency.
Now I can go ahead and redeem my Crypto Voucher for STEEM from within my Cryptovoucher.io account. For this, I've used my alternative Steem account @daanonsteem
My Thoughts on Cryptovoucher
One of the biggest strengths of Cryptovoucher is that they offer you countless ways to buy their vouchers. I don't think I've ever come across another service that has so many different payment methods, especially payment methods that are specific to certain countries.
In terms of fees, they're a bit more expensive than some other options, they charge 4% fees of your Crypto Voucher value + a withdrawal fee (depending on which cryptocurrency you use). In return, you do receive an excellent service from them and you have the ability to use payment methods that are almost 100% safe to use.
I wholeheartedly recommend Crypto Voucher to anyone wanting to purchase Steem (and other crypto's)!

My experience in the UK so far is not good. With no apparent IBAN number I can't make a bank transfer! Waiting to see what support says.
The id process was rapid, but that's nothing whatsoever to do with cyrptovouchers, that's all kudos to the third party!

Ah, you need to select SEPA transfer on top of the list.
You'll get an IBAN number afterwards ;)
I did select it and I didn't. I just got a load of info my bank wouldn't recognise. I puzzled out the thing which looked most like an IBAN number, which wasn't labelled as an IBAN number on the info page, but it did't work.
Long and short of it is my bank DOES recognise Kraken's IBAN number, which has much better rates than this anyway!
I'll wait and see what the support ticket says.

That is not an IBAN number indeed. Looks like they combined a IBAN with a BIC number :-/
I figured it out.... I've got it now I've clicked the 'email the information link' - so it comes in the email, NOT on the page.
Pretty useless on their part TBH!

Oh, you should also be happy that you don't have any special characters in your username. They seem to tag those Steem accounts as invalid :-/

Yeah, my buying process went pretty easy, but I see a lot of people having problems as well.
Finally one advantage of having a long username!
The other downside is the £9.50 charge with SEPA. I still went for it, I'm in a gambling mood (for the raffle) But this will DEFO be a one off!

Hi @daan, I went through the whole process with my credit card, first using a US credit card and it won't process. And then I used my HK credit card, it also won't process. Not too sure how else to get the voucher. The SEPA transfer is only for Europe. Any suggestions? I suppose there is no paypal which can be international. A bit frustrating.
Have you tried through one of their third party vendors? I think some of those do accept Paypal.
Yeah, I looked at the 3rd party vendors, they don't accept paypal yet. I do have some Amazon Gift cards, but they require that I need to be in US to use those gift cards.
