On this Wednesday, I will post again about one of typical local culinary from Indonesia, this is I do as a part to promote the wealth of Indonesian culinary to the world.

At this time I will discuss again about one of the typical culinary from Makassar that is 'Banana Epe'.

Banana EPE is a traditional food from Makassar made from banana. Commonly used banana is a half-baked banana kepok.

How to make this epe banana is easy and the ingredients used are also easy to obtain.

Ingredients To Make Banana Epe Sauce Chocolate
One comb banana kepok half-baked, 250 grams of thinly brushed red sugar, 100ml water, cocoa powder, salt and pandan leaves.

How ​​to make
Burn the banana on charcoal as it is turned back, lift and sprinkle, then burned again until fragrant and cooked.

Boil brown sugar, water and pandan leaves until boiling, add salt and chocolate, boil until thick and lift.

Arrange bananas that have been burned on a plate, flush with sauce and ready to serve.

Epe banana is perfect as a complementary food while relaxing with family or friends.

Pada postingan kali ini saya akan membahas kembali salah satu kuliner khas dari Makassar yaitu Pisang Epe.

Pisang Epe merupakan sebuah makanan tradisional dari Makassar yang terbuat dari pisang. Pisang yang biasa digunakan adalah pisang kepok setengah matang.

Cara membuat pisang epe ini termasuk mudah dan bahan-bahan yang digunakan juga mudah didapatkan.

Bahan-Bahan Untuk Membuat Pisang Epe Saus Coklat
Satu sisir pisang kepok setengah matang, 250 gram gula merah disisir tipis, 100ml air, coklat bubuk, garam dan daun pandan.

Cara membuatnya
Bakar pisang diatas arang sambil dibolak balik, angkat dan gepengkan, kemudian dibakar lagi sampai harum dan matang.

Rebus gula merah, air dan daun pandan sampai mendidih, tambahkan garam dan coklat, rebus sampai kental dan angkat.

Susun pisang yang telah dibakar di atas piring, siram dengan saus dan siap disajikan.

Pisang epe sangat cocok sebagai makanan pendamping di saat bersantai bersama keluarga ataupun teman.
