Russia can not play World Cup Peru Guerrero
Peru's captain Paulo Guerrero could not play in the World Cup due to the doping ban from 14 months to 14 months. The Supreme Court of the World Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) confirmed this information on Monday.
