Those photos are so amazing! I am happy to look at desert photos from the comfort of my computer chair as I am a bit more of a wet and lush wilderness person myself, but I certainly appreciate the desolate beauty!
Desert areas offer clear night skies, a quiet not found in lush bush areas.

I havnt been to Namibia since I was a kid and I loved my time there and it just took me back! Loved sliding down the sand dunes

Oh cool you have actually visited! I bet sliding down sand dunes is a ton of fun, never really thought of that before
So much fun but actually quite dangerous because you can really get up to some high speeds and end up with a mouth full of sand pretty quickly lol
