Ideas Needed, Broke 25sp, 600sp Delegation Committed, Account Builder #9
Account Update
Currently sitting just over 25sp with another 2SBD that is being held to use for either paid votes or for prize money in contests. So far we have used @treeplanter on 2 posts and they are both profitable votes so will continue to use the small 0.10sbd paid vote to receive a 0.20 vote in return. Every little bit helps!
Delegation front
As of right now we have been told someone plans to send us a 300sp delegation once the cool down period expires in a couple days! Once this happens we have a matching delegation on all delegations we receive up to 500sp from @bjgeese so we will be at 600sp.
I feel that at 600sp we still are not at a point that launching for the Curation Contest will make sense, but....
New Contest Ideas Needed
With 600sp this account will be ready to launch at least a small weekly contest. One that requires maybe less effort then the Curation contest. If anyone has an idea of a contest they would like to see please share below and if someone looks good we can run with it.
If someone is looking to sponsor a contest start to finish and has an idea then we will really be open to your ideas...lol.
As we are all about paying it forward if the idea fits into this theme all the better. But I do also plan on just having some fun contests that basically will be as easy as commenting so any and all ideas are welcome.
What is @pifc?
It has been suggested that some people may not know about @pifc and why we are running account builder posts. Makes sense, it's a new account and not everyone knows about the amazing Pay It Forward Curation Contest.
@pifc will be the home of all Pay It Forward Contests. To get to a point where this account is strong enough to give out real votes and be at least slightly self sufficient we are running "Account Builder" posts every other day. The SBD & Steem earned from these posts currently is purely used to power up the account.
I will commit to 5 SBI shares to host a crayon contest. It is something anyone can enter and it allows people to also involve their kids on the platform.
Divide the SBI however you see fit as prizes.
Let's keep on growing... and growing! 😀

Think of the value that can be shared with those involved in the contests once we get this powered up to a real level. Hope that everyone keeps supporting this account like they have. With the growth of SBI shares, the coming delegations, and earnings off these posts I feel like we are really close to making this a sustainable account. From there if we can turn it into a powerhouse everyone will win!
Coming back to the matter of the post, new contests...
Do you think there is a need for new contests? Why not use current / future resources to grow the curation contest? It's developing into quite a powerful brand. I in my opinion you run the risk of diluting the efforts we are putting into the curation contest, should you create further distractions. It's quite stretch already trying to keep up with the curation contest. Particularly for people with small accounts. If there are to be additional contests let it be linked directly to the curation contest.
I missed builder post number 7, so full upvote on this one, currently out of contest ideas, Must be due to the summer. i am sure you or someone will come up with a good idea.

I would also recommend @thundercurator - If you set him on autovote, he gives 250% return. He also faithfully returns your money if he can't get to the post on time. 0.120 payment and he comments - 0.121 and he doesn't.
So you pay him and he expects an upvote?
He fell victim to his own success. He had been rewarding 300% to everyone, but he stopped being able to do that. People autovoting him will help him to reward more people. So, I figured it was fair enough.
300% is pretty much unheard of. Sure part of the issue was the falling steem price too. Made giving out a 300% vote harder.
Maybe use a random number generator. That would make all kinds of contest possible with small effort.
Also I am loving how simplymike has a contest tied into scores on the engagement league. I think that is a brilliant way to boost up the platform at the same time. Her contest is for highest engagement score among the entries.
I will keep thinking on this one in case I get an idea.
I use a random number generator for the Curation Contest, but for sure we can use it for more contests. The engagement scores are great and it's a good way to see how you stack up. Personally I seem to hover around the 40ish rank lately which I'm happy with.
