Cycling California, evening ride
I enjoy evening rides when it is over 80* f during the day as the temps here in the bay area drop fairly quickly. If I go on a 1 hour ride, I check the sunset time and leave about 1.5 hours before the sunsets.
The temps during this time are perfect for running, hiking or cycling. You get a cool breeze, the sun setting and less traffic on the roads as many of the commuters are already home.

The ride was 19 miles, 370 feet of climbing (fairly flat) with an average speed of 16.1 mph. (Lots of stops/starts)

Another view of Vasona reservoir. It is a little hazy as their is many fires in California right now. The smoke is heading south towards the bay area from up in Mendocino county. You can't even see the top of Mt. Hamilton which is 4k feet and is directly east of the south bay area. It is covered in smoke...

@glennolua Excellent friends, these walks when the weather is cool are divine and should be rewarding even though we have a maximum physical workload. It is very beautiful in the state you live in, you always enjoy a spectacular landscape in the rivers, reservoirs. You take great pictures. Take care of yourself friend on the road with the cars is always very attentive to them. The fires must be because of the high temperature, that's what starts the fires. I hope you will finish a little so that this beautiful landscape can be preserved in good condition. Happy night, buddy.
