Fitness Over 50 | 20.44 miles | Congrats Mike Rowe
My legs were burning today after doing weights yesterday. This was a 20;44 mile ride on an overcast but pleasant morning. I am tweaking my saddle position a little after reading some of Sheldon Brown’s stuff. I raised the cost height about 1 - 1.5 inches I thinks.
Congratulations to Mike Rowe for 100 podcasts in his program The Way I Heard It. This is an excellent show. Episode 101 is a 40 minute dialog with his producer answering listener questions.

I give my YouTube vlogs the main title of "Fitness Over 50." It is my goal to build a community of like minded riders whose purpose is to get and stay active and fit into their senior years. At 59, I see myself as just entering those years. I am not as fit as I would like to be, but neither am I trying to become a superstar athlete. I am becoming more fit all the time with:
-Regular cycling,
-Frequent resistance training and
-Ketogenic/Intermittent Fast eating
are the main elements to my fitness plan.
