Dad Tip of the Day: Kids get sick and it’s no fun, but hang in there, it will pass!
Kids can get sick quite frequently, especially when they are young and still building their immune system up. When they are sick, it is no fun for anyone – the child feels lousy and they often can’t eat or sleep like normal. The effect on schedules, can be troublesome for parents, as they might have to take time off work and lose some sleep while caring for their kids.
Parenting is a labor of love and is a big sacrifice. A lot of time and energy are spent pouring into the kids, and when they are sick, parenting is even more difficult.
In the end though, the efforts and time are worth it. My little daughter Kendra is not doing well – she has a fever, two ear infections and Bronchiolitis. She is getting breathing treatments, taking antibiotics and taking Tylenol. Poor girl is going through the ringer, but we will persevere:
I pray she recovers quickly, but in the meantime, I will shower her with love and help comfort her as best I can.

When kids are sick, parents mind isn't ok. They are always thinking about their kids cure. Sorry to hear that Kendra is sick. I pray to God and hope she will be cured very soon.
