Today I'm going out to a local customer location to do a quick video shoot of their Open House after a recent remodel event. Just a short 1 minute video or so of their recent updates. Hope you enjoy.
What does it exactly mean by "open house"? Do they start living in their house after finishing construction or their first day after buying from another owner?
By the way, driving and making video simultaneously is quite a dangerous act, don't you think?
And open house is a function where the facility after doing work or remodeling will open the facility to the public for an open tour to see the changes and updates.

They’ve done a lot of work to improve it. Some fine folks live there.
