This has lead to the fact that the whole world have become paparazzis. the fact is that of all the photos ever taken through all of man kind, 10 percent of all the photos have been taken in the last 12 months. No wonder apps like Instagram are doing so well hehe

Haha ! In China everyone took photo of the food. Like all the time. When the food was served people would say: “ wait, let me take a photo first!” It got quite frustrating!
It's also because vain people take 120 selfies to get the "perfect" one, which is the same as all of the others, before they photoshop it. They forget to delete the other 119 selfies. Multiply this times millions of idiots doing this, and hence this 10% figure.
I definitely agree. Back in the days you made each shot count. Now it’s just mass clicking and hoping for a not so ugly pic
