Pancit Canton with Soft Boiled Egg
One of my favorite combination when I eat this kind of food. An extra hot chili pancit canton top with boiled egg and mix the egg yolk to the pancit canton to make the flavor more delicious. The best when you eat it with bread and a hot cup of coffee or milk.
