Dailyfoodphotography contest: ginataang gabi for lunch
Hello steemit friends! Today I will be sharing again about food/viand. Here's one of my fave a ginataang gabi I cooked it for our lunch.
Easy and simple to cook just sauté garlic and ginger then put the slices gabi(taro) stir it till it become dry. put the coconut milk, cover the pan and turn the stove in medium heat, wait till it boil and you can add salt and some seasonings. Make sure that the coconut milk is enough to cooked the gabi well but not too much also so that it will be more tasty. A taste of gata or coconut milk makes it yummy 😋
