The Best Bibingka in Town
Bibingka is a native rice cake. It’s best to eat when it’s still hot and good for breakfast especially when you are on a rush. It’s also nice to have a cup of coffee when you eat bibingka. You can see this a lot in the philippine street near the church and schools. It is traditionally cooked in clay pots lined with banana leaves.
Bibingka is made with rice flour and coconut milk or water. Other ingredients can vary greatly, but the most common secondary ingredients are eggs and milk. The traditional preparation is very time-consuming and need a little patience because it’s need to cook properly in order to make the taste delicious.
