Hi, I just want to share what's on my plate for lunch. This is a Kare-Kare (beef ribs & oxtail with veggies). Kare-kare is a Philippine stew complemented with a thick savory peanut sauce. It is made from a variation base of stewed like beef ribs, oxtail, pork hock, beef meat etc.
